The World’s Smallest Boat – Tiny but Incredible
When it comes to boats, size isn’t everything. In fact, the world’s smallest boat is so tiny that it can only be seen under a microscope.
In 2018, scientists at Leiden University in the Netherlands 3D-printed a boat just 30 micrometers long – that’s 0.03 millimeters! It can even be steered with a laser.
Among manned boats, the record goes to “Father’s Day”, only 1.6 meters long, which crossed the Atlantic in 1993.
You won’t find the world’s smallest boat on Ship O´Hoi, but you can find the right one for you. You don’t need a tiny vessel to feel the sea breeze – just the spirit of adventure.
